Ari Lennox
Courtney Shanade Salter, better known by her stage name of Ari Lennox, is an American musician and singer from Washington, D.C., who was the first female to be signed to J. Cole's Dreamville Records record label. She released her first EP from the label on October 21st, 2016, titled Pho. This is when she started to gain recognition. Her first studio album Shea Butter Baby was released on May 7, 2019. Ari Lennox began uploading her music online in the year 2012 after she dropped her first mixtape Five Finger Discount, and her debut EP Ariography in 2013. In 2014, she continued to make music available on the web including her self launched single Bound. She was featured in Omen's Elephant Eyes which was released on Sweat It Out in July 21st, 2015. J.
